Shares of the Palo Alto, Calif.'based technology giant /quotes/comstock/13*!hpq/quotes/nls/hpq (HPQ 42.05, '4.25, '9.18%) were down more than 1% in after'hours trading. H'P said Hurd decided to step down following the investigation into the sexual harassment claim. "The investigation determined there was no violation of HP's sexual harassment policy, but did find violations of HP's Standards of Business Conduct," the company said in a statement.
